• Fill in your details below in order to YAK! Once you register, you won't have to keep entering all your details each time you post. You will be able to update your profile and image when you want to though.
• The Yak is a community board for residents living, desiring to live, or interested in our Uptown Community. Monthly fees are paid by the host. Registration is required to participate in conversations, but not required to view. This means your conversations are viewed by anyone visiting the Yak.
• We reserve the right to remove any comment or user from the Yak. When comments are deleted, it's usually because they violate one or more of our house rules. Repeated violation of these rules may result in the suspension of your commenting privileges.
• Do not use obscene, racist or sexually explicit language. Personal attacks are not permitted. We reserve the right to remove comments that are abusive, hateful, or defame or insult anyone.
• It is illegal to harass or threaten anyone. Comments that might be construed as such may be deleted.
• Choose a username carefully. You may not use names that are offensive, that suggest illegal activities or that are meant to imitate other users. Any such names will be blocked from commenting on the Yak.
• Respect the privacy of individuals. We strongly suggest you do not post phone numbers, addresses, or any other private information. We discourage users from posting such information even about themselves, as we cannot control how that information may be used beyond the Yak.
• Use good manners and common sense.

We encourage your participation, but ask that you keep these simple rules in mind as you use the Yak.
